Dear All Canadians !?

The Conservative government is seeking legislation that would allow the state to take funds from personal and individual bank accounts without permission in times of "financial crisis." Where would this money go? It would be turned into capital and likely used to bailout businesses. This is a fundamental attack on civil and economic liberty.
